If you did not pay by Direct Debit last season, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to My Account on eticketing
2. You will see a notification detailing that 'You have Membership Renewals'
3. Click 'Action Now' to proceed to checkout to make your payment
Renew by Direct Debit, and you'll gain an additional five Ticketing Points, plus you'll be entered into the draw to win two Premium Seats for the first ever home league match at our new stadium.

Payment for 2018/2019 membership was collected on Wednesday 16 May via Direct Debit. If payment was successful, you will have automatically been renewed. If you were a Lilywhite Member last season, you are automatically renewed as a One Hotspur Member and will keep any Ticketing Points (previously known as Loyalty Points) you have accumulated. If you were a Bronze Member, you will automatically renew as a One Hotspur + Member and will retain your Ticketing Points and your position on the Season Ticket Waiting List.
Your Direct Debit payment may have failed. Simply follow steps 1 to 3 listed in the instructions above in order to renew.
